Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Software licenses are not shipped. After your payment is confirmed, we email the license details to you within 2 business days.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping is included in the price shown at checkout. You will not be charged a separate shipping fee.

When your order ships, we will email you the carrier and tracking details. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location.

Please check your address carefully before you pay. We ship to the address you enter at checkout.
If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address only if the order has not shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
