30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, or in the condition you received it, with all parts and original packaging.
• Please include your order number.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
3. Ship the item back and keep your tracking number.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, because we may not be able to match them to your order.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. In those cases, we will cover it.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days of that confirmation.
• Amounts paid with PayPal are refunded to your PayPal account. Amounts paid with a store voucher are returned to your voucher balance.

Software licenses

Once license details have been delivered, software cannot be returned. If a license does not work, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
