What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, optional phone number, and the items you bought. We use this to process and ship your order, send your receipt, and answer your questions.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details. PayPal handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Vouchers

If you pay with a voucher, we record the voucher code, the amount used and the remaining balance.

Your cart

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use it to track you across other sites.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services needed to run your order, such as PayPal, shipping carriers and our email provider, and where the law requires it.

Keeping your data

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and support purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires.
